The Process

The process starts with a visual inspection to assess which products and techniques to use.

A throrough vacuuming comes next to remove any dust or debris.

The carpet or upholstery is then sprayed with the correct product to loosen the soiling.

We hate the idea that any client would be unhappy with our service. This is why we aim to use the best products and methods to ensure excellent results everytime

During our initial discussion we aim to decipher exactly what the job involves and indentify the type of textiles that will be clean so we can use the most appopriate products.

We start each job with visual inspection, identifying the materials. We then give the carpets or upholstery a thorough vacuuming to remove any dust or debris. The carpets are then pre-sprayed to help break-down embedded soiling. They are then agitated with the industry-standard Sebo-Duo to massage in the cleaning product as well as remove any hairs or fur and raise the pile. Finally, the shampoo and dirt is extracted with a HWE Texatherm steam cleaning machine which sprays hot water into the fibres whilst extracting with dual pumps to leave the item as moisture-free as possible.

The product is then massaged into the carpet with a SEBO-DUO which loosens the dirt, removes hair and raises the pile.

The Texatherm hot water extraction machine is now wheeled in simultaneously spray steam into the fibres whilst extracting the dirt and leaving the carpet with minimal wetting.

Finally, if you need your carpet/sofa dried quickly we can utilise air movers to speed up the process.
